Shipping Policy (Malaysia)
1. Shipping Coverage
We offer shipping across Malaysia, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak. Delivery to remote or out-of-coverage areas may take longer than standard shipping times.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
Peninsular Malaysia:
- Standard Shipping: RM 7 ( 3 - 5 working days)
- Express Shipping: RM 14 ( 2 - 3 working days)
Sabah & Sarawak:
- Standard Shipping: RM14 ( 3 - 5 working days)
- Express Shipping: RM 21 ( 2 - 3 working days)
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
4. Shipping Carriers
We partner with reputable courier services such as Pos Laju, J&T Express, DHL, Ninja Van, etc. to ensure safe and timely delivery.
5. Tracking Your Order
A tracking link will be provided once your order has been shipped. You can track your package through the courier’s official website.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you for re-delivery arrangements. Additional shipping fees may apply.
7. Lost or Damaged Items
We are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels once they have been handed over to the courier. However, if you encounter issues, please contact us, and we will assist in resolving the matter.
8. International Shipping
